GELEX provides fast acting sanitising of hands and skin with a quick drying action leaving skin feeling smooth and non-tacky feel.
GELEX is effective against bacteria and viruses due to its 70% ethanol con-tent thus has a broad spectrum of activity backed by extensive clinical evidence.
GELEX contains a water based moisturiser and skin protecting polymers to achieve good performance with optimum operator safety.
GELEX's sterilising action is based on a high (70% approx.) alcohol content which is very effective even with contact times as low as 5 seconds.
DIRECTIONS
Hands must be clean before the application of GELEX.
Squirt enough (about 10ml) GELEX onto hands to thoroughly wet and lubricate, rub all over then allow to evaporate.
Once hands are dry the operator may return to processing without further rinsing.
Care must be taken when installing a GELEX dispenser in a food area - it must be dis-pensed from a fixed, metered type of dispenser located a sufficient distance from the pro-cessing line to
prevent product contamination.
N.B: GELEX is highly flammable. It must be stored and used away from ignition sources.
TECHNICAL
GELEX is a clear blue coloured gel with a characteristic ethanol odour containing about 70%v/v alcohol plus moisturiser and food colouring and is available in 6x500ml ready to use dispensers, plus is available in bulk 5 litre and 4x5 litre packs.
GELEX may be dispensed from most refillable dispensers
FIRST AID
INGESTION: Do not induce vomiting, drink two glasses of water or milk.
Call doctor.
EYE CONTACT: Rinse with cool water and continue rinsing for 15 minutes.
